About the Role HVAC Technicians are needed at Hershey’s Reese Plant to install, maintain, and repair a range of utility systems in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The role covers domestic water, sewer, process refrigeration, compressed air, fire protection, and plant heating and air conditioning systems, and requires passing an HVAC assessment. What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair domestic water systems, sewer systems, process refrigeration, compressed air, fire protection, and plant heating and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and controls in a high-speed manufacturing setting.
- Support production uptime by adhering to safety, quality, and plant procedures. What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- 5 years’ experience maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning equipment with a universal EPA license.
- Knowledge of handling refrigerants and associated equipment; knowledge of the refrigeration cycle.
- Ability to work any shift, including weekends, overtime, and holidays; flexible to meet plant needs.
- Must pass on-site written and hands-on HVAC assessment. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $39.54/hour with a $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift.
- OT potential; Manufacturing Incentive Plan (MIP) eligible.
