About your new role:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various HVAC systems.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
- Coordinate work assignments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Stay updated on HVAC technology advancements.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Ideal candidate:
- Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Experience in the HVAC industry.
- Understanding of OH&S requirements.
- Valid driver’s license, refrigerant handling license, white card, Restricted Electrical Workers “D” License, and plumbing commission registration.
- Refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualification

You will be part of a close knit on site facilities maintenance crew within CBRE GWS Local. The team prides itself on technical precision, high safety standards and fostering a supportive, team first culture.
