- Lead design, engineering, and integration of HVAC systems for large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including field operations, product development, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and energy efficiency requirements; provide technical mentorship. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of HVAC engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (air handling, controls, piping, and distribution).
- Project management and customer-facing communication skills; ability to travel as needed. Nice to Have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with Johnson Controls products or building automation systems.
