The HVAC Supervisor monitors and performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.

ABM is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead HVAC operations within an assigned commercial facility. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, overseeing daily HVAC operations, and ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on commercial HVAC expertise—including chillers and boilers—combined with effective leadership, safety accountability, and customer focus. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. What You’ll Do

• Supervise, coach, and schedule HVAC technicians and lead technicians
• Oversee daily commercial HVAC operations, including PMs, repairs, and emergency response
• Provide technical oversight for chillers, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, BAS, and central plant systems
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local codes, and client requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and inspection records
• Support audits, inspections, and life-safety testing
• Monitor labor utilization, materials, and vendor performance
• Use CMMS systems to track work orders, PM schedules, and KPIs
• Serve as the primary HVAC point of contact for clients and facility stakeholders
