About the Role We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems at customer sites. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of RTUs, boilers, split systems, and other equipment, with opportunities for growth and professional development. What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair issues in RTUs, boilers, split systems, and mini splits
- Perform leak detection, refrigerant charging and recovery
- Troubleshoot with limited oversight and conduct system start-ups
- Prepare for more complex systems and commercial equipment
- Document service work clearly and accurately
- Get up on rooftops (via ladder) to access HVAC equipment
- Maintain compliance with EPA Section 608 certification requirements
- Drive to customer sites safely and manage tools/equipment What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of HVAC service experience
- Ability to service 25-ton+ commercial equipment
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Licensed driver with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on rooftops
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have
- Experience with startups and commissioning of commercial equipment
