HVAC Service Coordinator

Our HVAC client is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator! You’ll provide excellent customer service to both clients and technicians in this great full-time, direct-hire role.

Responsibilities of the HVAC Service Coordinator

• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely, positive manner
• Generate, prioritize, and schedule service calls
• Coordinate work for technicians and monitor their progress
• Update clients as needed
• Maintain records
• Perform other related tasks and projects as required

Qualifications of the HVAC Service Coordinator

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency
