As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Engineer, the technician will fix equipment issues, general plumbing, electrical, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work in a CMMS. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong problem-solving, and be physically capable of handling fast paced tasks.
