The HVAC Manager will help run day-to-day operations for all HVAC maintenance and repair needs throughout the campus.
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 per year salary (U.S. Dollars)
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00AM - 4:00PM EST

- Providing leadership and developing a positive culture for the HVAC team.
- Planning, scheduling, prioritizing, directing work
- Managing and achieving financial goals.
- Conducts annual performance evaluations, hires new employees, progressive discipline.
- Manage and coordinate activities of local service providers and/or subcontractors.
- Train, supervise and evaluate employees.
- Provide effective communication with the customer and client.
- Inventory Management.
- Responds to emergency situations during and after hours.
- Oversee and manage hourly employees
- Handle other duties as assigned by Director of Facilities or ABM/CPCC Management.
- Accountable for purchasing supplies and participates in the Manager on duty program.
- Prioritize self-perform job activities
- Utilize CMMS system
