About the Role Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Equipment Service Technician 5 based in Hyderabad, India to service, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment for our clients. This role sits within our Field Operations team and supports delivering reliable climate control and system performance for customers. What You'll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair HVAC equipment at customer sites in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance, commissioning, and system startups; complete service reports and documentation.
- Adhere to safety policies, quality standards, and Johnson Controls' service process; collaborate with field operations colleagues. What We're Looking For
- Experience in HVAC equipment service and maintenance.
- Ability to read manuals, schematics, and service instructions; strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused communication and ability to work with clients and team members; safety-conscious.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required. Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications or technical training (e.g., HVAC technician trade certificate).
- Experience with building automation systems or controls is a plus.
