Job Purpose To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and monitor HVAC and associated environmental control systems within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, product quality, personnel safety, and compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- HVAC Operation & Maintenance
- Operate and monitor HVAC systems, air handling units (AHUs), ventilation systems, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, and associated equipment.
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Inspect HVAC systems regularly and identify abnormalities, leaks, unusual noise, vibration, temperature variations, and other faults.
