About the Role Provide professional integrated human safety management (HSM) advice to management and leadership. Facilitate the implementation of human safety performance initiatives and the HSM framework within Eskom's Southern Grid in Bloemfontein. The role focuses on shaping and guiding safety performance practices to improve safety outcomes. What You'll Do
- Provide business and department managers/leadership with professional integrated human safety management (HSM) advice.
- Facilitate the implementation of human safety performance initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation of the human safety performance framework. What We're Looking For
- National Diploma in Safety Management/Behavioural Sciences/Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Health at NQF 6 with 240 credits.
- 3 years experience in a human safety management environment.
