About the Department
The Town of Knightdale is seeking a motivated Human Resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Technician. The individual in this role will play an important part in attracting talented candidates, guiding applicants through the hiring process and helping new employees get off to a great start with the Town of Knightdale. Our Human Resources staff works closely with hiring managers and prospective employees throughout the hiring process. This role also supports a variety of HR functions and provides ongoing support to employees, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with sound judgment, strong attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
