Role Overview The Human Resources / People Operations will be responsible for building and scaling Salario’s people operations as the company grows. This role will own the end-to-end HR function including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, compliance, and culture while partnering closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives. You will design and implement HR systems, policies, and processes that support a high-performance, compliant, and employee-centric organization, with particular focus on fintech, payroll, and operational teams.
