Human Resources Officer / HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening. interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate performance management, employee appraisals, and confirmation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs and support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR best practices.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management on workforce-related matters.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is required.
- Additional relevant HR certifications or professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
