Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for open positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts.
- Administer performance appraisal systems and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and manage HR information systems.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
