We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection:
  • Identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.
  • Advertise vacancies and screen applications.
  • Conduct or coordinate interviews and selection processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Employee Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and employee conduct.
  • Handle employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
  • Support positive relationships between management and employees.

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate staff appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Identify training and development needs.
  • Work with management on performance improvement plans where necessary.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce company HR policies.
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with company rules and procedures.
  • Handle disciplinary matters in line with company policy and applicable labour regulations.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Verify staff information required for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance on salaries, deductions, allowances, and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation information.

Training & Development:

  • Identify areas where employees require training.
  • Organise staff training, seminars, and development programmes.
  • Support career development and staff growth.

Employee Welfare:

  • Promote a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate staff welfare activities and initiatives.
  • Address workplace concerns and help resolve conflicts.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree with 2-5 years.experience.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
