• Arco Group Plc is looking for an HR Corper to support our Human Resources team in Lagos and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration and general people operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling and onboarding
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Supporting training sessions, workshops and staff activities
• Assisting with payroll and leave management processes
• Preparing HR reports on attendance, turnover and training feedback
• Supporting employee engagement, onboarding and orientation initiatives
• Helping ensure HR documents and policies are properly updated and filed
• Providing general administrative support and directing employee enquiries to the appropriate HR contact

Requirements

• Currently serving in NYSC or a recent graduate seeking internship experience
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
