Job Description
- Manage hotel recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration to support an effective and service-focused workforce.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain confidential personnel records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
- Support performance reviews, staff development and departmental training plans.
- Handle employee enquiries, grievances and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
- Advise managers on HR policies and support compliance with applicable employment requirements.
- Monitor staffing needs, employee welfare and HR reports for management.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities; hospitality experience is preferred.

CIPM or another relevant professional qualification is an advantage.

Strong employee relations, recruitment, recordkeeping and communication skills.

Sound judgement, discretion and ability to manage sensitive information.
