Our client, a leading company in the EPC/Oil & Gas sector, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
Position: Human Resources Manager – Oil & Gas/EPC Location: Lagos Qualification: B.Sc. in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related discipline Experience: Minimum 10 years’ progressive HR Generalist/Leadership experience, preferably within the EPC/Oil & Gas industry.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in HR strategy, policy development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, performance management and staff development.
- Experience managing compensation, training and organizational development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee investigations and disciplinary processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional HR certification and/or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
