We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions at a company based in Victoria Island, Lagos; this is an onsite, full-time position requiring demonstrated supervisory or managerial HR experience.
Job Title: Human Resources Manager (Male Preferred) Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Experience: 4–6 years (minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity) Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 monthly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 4–6 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Professional certification such as CIPM is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
