Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the company's HR operations and support organizational growth through effective people management practices.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Professional certification such as CIPM is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred candidate
- Male candidate preferred.
- Must be willing to work fully onsite in Victoria Island, Lagos.
- Resides within reasonable commuting distance to Victoria Island or its environs.
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
