YOUR TASKS
- Lead and oversee all HR operations for the Irapuato site, ensuring effective and consistent delivery of HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Act as a trusted partner to site leadership, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and people-related decisions.
- Coach and develop HR Business Partners and support the growth of HR capabilities across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead employee relations activities, providing guidance and resolution on complex people matters while fostering a positive work environment.
- Support organizational changes and transformation projects, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Several years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing business decisions through people strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop HR teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
