About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department.
• This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can balance operational efficiency with employee engagement, and ensures our people practices align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.

• Oversee performance management and employee relations.

• Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

• Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulatory requirements.

• What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• 4-5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record in HR strategy, leadership, and organizational development.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
