Summary
The position of Human Resources Manager is responsible for all Human Resources functions for the assigned project, supporting our people operations while ensuring the success of the strategy and initiatives of the Company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with company leadership to drive human resources strategy and successfully deliver human resources services such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee development, payroll services, and other HR activities.
- Oversee the company’s recruitment strategy to attract, identity and hire top talent, managing hiring and negotiating directly.
- Lead the annual performance evaluation and objectives processes and ensure alignment with corporate practices.
