Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruiting and orientation of new staff; support staff development and training; foster a team culture; consult with the Management team on strategic planning relating to staff development; serve as a link between the organisation’s management and its employees; maintain knowledge of the Hospital’s Conditions of Service.

Security Practitioner
Reporting to the Head of Department Security, the Security Practitioner will work closely with the Chief Security of the Hospital to keep an inventory of all property in the area under guard, track all movements and transactions in the institution, including patients, staff, students, and visitors. The Security Practitioner will report all suspicious persons or activities to the Chief Security, report all security or safety hazards, be polite to the clients, and follow special orders given. He/she will maintain a clean and neat appearance, wear the uniform properly while on duty, report to his/her post on time, remain alert while at work, and not leave his/her post until relieved by another security guard.

- Family Medicine Resident
Reporting to the Head of Department, Family Medicine Residency, the Family Medicine Resident provides patient care matching with the individual Doctor’s level of advancement and competence. The candidate is responsible for the day-to-day facets of the residency programme, including administrative, clinical, and training duties, and reports to the Medical Director. They are expected to participate in hospital community life to add value to colleagues and support best practices.
