We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Manager Job Location: Nigeria

About the Role

• We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation based in Maitama, Abuja, for a competent and results-driven HR Officer.
• The successful candidate will support the organisation’s HR operations, drive effective people management practices, and ensure compliance with established policies and applicable labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate performance management, staff appraisals, and KPI monitoring.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases.
• Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution.
• Identify training needs and coordinate staff development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Professional HR certification, such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI, is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
