What You'll Do
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development activities across departments within Dana-Farber's Human Resources function.
- Administer benefits programs, coordinate employee relations, and assist with training initiatives to promote a supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with managers to advance a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace that aligns with patient care and research missions.
- Assist with workforce planning, HR operations, and compliance to enable excellent patient care and research operations.
