What You'll Do
- Administer and communicate employee benefits programs (retirement, health, dental, vision, life insurance, education benefits) and coordinate related communications.
- Assist current employees with benefit-related inquiries and direct questions to the Human Resources Office as needed.
- Support professional development efforts by providing access to LinkedIn Learning courses and other educational opportunities.
- Promote a safe and inclusive campus environment through adherence to equal opportunity policies and campus safety information.
- Partner with campus stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and reporting requirements.
