Human Resources (HR) Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support core people operations for a Long-term Contract position based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role will contribute to a broad range of human resources activities, helping employees and managers navigate day-to-day HR needs with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information while supporting a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting activities by managing job postings, reviewing applicant information, arranging interviews, and assisting with hiring workflows.

Oversee onboarding and separation processes to help ensure a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.

Maintain employee documentation and update HR information systems to keep personnel records complete, current, and accurate.

Provide support for benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, answering employee questions, and helping resolve routine issues.

Apply HR policies and procedures consistently while supporting compliance with employment regulations and internal standards.

Respond to employee inquiries related to workplace matters and elevate more complex concerns to the appropriate HR leadership.

Assist supervisors with performance-related processes, including documentation, follow-up, and administrative support.

Prepare reports, monitor HR metrics, and organize confidential files in a secure and orderly manner.

Contribute to training, development, and engagement efforts that support employee growth and workplace participation.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in human resources or in an administrative position with HR-related responsibilities.

Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law considerations, and compliance expectations.

Familiarity with HRIS platforms; experience with systems such as Workday is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.

Ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality.
