We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support daily HR and administrative operations in Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing employee support, recruiting coordination, onboarding activities, and office administration in a busy manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will help keep HR processes organized, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a welcoming workplace experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding coordination, including preparing employment documents, arranging pre-employment screenings, completing work authorization verification, and organizing orientation and training timelines.
- Maintain accurate employee information in Paycom, including attendance records, schedule updates, compensation adjustments, role changes, and other personnel data.
- Support recruiting efforts for hourly positions by advertising openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communication.
- Work closely with staffing partners to communicate hiring needs, review candidate flow, and coordinate contingent workforce activity.
- Assist with internal HR communication, employee documentation, performance-related tracking, and the planning of engagement activities or company events.
- Handle office support tasks such as purchasing supplies, arranging meals, and ordering branded apparel or other workplace materials.
- Help keep shared office spaces organized and provide administrative support for general office and facility-related needs.
- Welcome incoming truck drivers by assisting with check-in procedures, providing site guidance, and supporting basic coordination needs upon arrival.
Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in human resources, recruiting, office administration, or a related coordination role.

Hands-on experience with onboarding, HR administration, and employee support processes is preferred.

Familiarity with Paycom or another HR information system is strongly preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.

Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees across different levels of the organization.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing daily demands.

Sound judgment, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
