Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist Our Warner, NH client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for their small HR team. This hands-on role will work onsite, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for employees and managers across the organization. Own the full employee lifecycle rather than a single specialty! Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist

• Run hiring and onboarding
• Administer benefits and leaves
• Guide managers through employee relations and investigations
• Partner with HR leadership on corrective action so outcomes stay consistent and compliant
• Maintain employee handbook and policies
• Keep HR records and credentialing audit-ready
• Prepare reports and metrics
• Develop and provide annual training
• Support compensation and performance reviews
• Perform additional tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist

• 2-4 years of Human Resources experience
• Working knowledge of federal and New Hampshire employment law, including PFML, the Wage Act, Earned Sick Time, ADA, and FMLA
• Proven discretion with confidential information
• Strong writing and documentation skills, especially for investigations
• Comfort juggling competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with ATS, benefits administration, and/or conducting workplace investigations preferred
