REQUIREMENTS

2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role. Good knowledge of HR policies, Employment and labour laws and regulation.

Experience managing recruitment processes and coordinating multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Background in Engineering or experience in HR management across technical teams.

Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes.

Strong skill in people management, culture shaping and coordination.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
