About this role

We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People & Culture team, with a primary focus on supporting our Retail and Operations units.
This is not a traditional HR role.
You will operate as a true business partner—embedded within the business, working directly with leaders and teams to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and drive operational excellence.

Partner closely with business leaders to translate business goals into effective people and performance strategies
Drive performance management cycles, KPI tracking, and accountability frameworks across teams
Provide real-time workforce insights and analytics to support smarter, faster decision-making
Strengthen leadership capability by coaching managers on performance, feedback, and team management
Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair, timely, and business-aligned manner
Identify workforce inefficiencies and proactively recommend practical, data-backed improvements
Support execution of HR initiatives that directly improve productivity and business outcomes.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND,
4–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with strong HRBP exposure
Solid experience in performance management, employee relations, and workforce analytics
Strong business acumen with a data-driven and solution-oriented mindset
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
Experience working with HR systems and modern, agile HR practices
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, operational or retail-driven environments.
