Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Net Experience: 3 years
We are seeking an experienced HRBP to support business objectives through effective people management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Partner with management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Ensure HR policies and labour law compliance while maintaining accurate HR records.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Outsourcing/consulting experience preferred.
