Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time role is crucial for aligning people strategies with our business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness.
As an HRBP, you will partner closely with business leaders to implement key HR initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. You will also lead the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to implement people strategies, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee relations, performance improvement, disciplinary processes, offboarding, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance conversations, conflict resolution, talent development, wellbeing, and change management.
- Monitor retention, engagement, productivity, and organizational health trends.
Qualifications

B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or in a strategic HR role.

Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and people analytics.

CIPM, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent certification is desirable.

Experience in tech, startups, SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or multi-business organizations is an advantage.

Experience driving organizational change or transformation.

Knowledge of HR analytics, workforce planning, and organizational design.
