We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align HR initiatives with organisational goals in a hybrid role based in Obanikoro, Lagos. Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organisational goals. - Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organisational development. - Lead performance management processes, including KPI development and performance reviews. - Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and labour law compliance. - Analyse HR metrics and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. - CIPM certification is mandatory.
