We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align HR initiatives with organisational goals in a hybrid role based in Obanikoro, Lagos. Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organisational goals. - Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organisational development. - Lead performance management processes, including KPI development and performance reviews. - Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and labour law compliance. - Analyse HR metrics and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. - CIPM certification is mandatory. - Minimum of 5 years' progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist. - Proven experience in performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development. - Experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, renewable energy, or distribution is highly desirable. - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI certification is an added advantage. - Strong stakeholder management, coaching, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Salary: ₦600,000–₦700,000/month
