Responsibilities

Facilitate recruitment activities by managing job advertisements, reviewing applications, and coordinating interview timelines.

Guide the onboarding process for new employees, volunteers, and associated partners.

Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel files and records.

Oversee the monitoring of timesheets and manage staff attendance tracking.

Coordinate the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of volunteer teams.

Handle office logistics, including the procurement of necessary supplies and the tracking of organizational assets.

Ensure adherence to FID's human resources policies and safeguarding protocols.

Requirements
