About the Role
We are looking for a Human Resource Supervisor to support training initiatives and programs within our Abuja-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training plans based on business objectives and employee needs and ensure implementation.
- Design and develop onboarding, skills enhancement, leadership development, and other training programmes.
- Communicate with departments to understand, analyse, and organise their training needs.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements

Minimum 8 years of training work experience.

At least 5 years of experience as a Training Manager/Supervisor or in a related position.

Familiarity with training processes and methods.

Strong course design, evaluation, and implementation skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in office software and training-related software.
