Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience.
- Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act.
- CIPM certification or ongoing studies is an advantage.
- Manufacturing, healthcare, or FMCG experience is an added advantage.
- Good Excel, documentation, and report-writing skills.

Recruitment and onboarding.

Employee relations and disciplinary management.

HR documentation and records management.

Performance reviews, incentives, and promotions.

Benefits administration (HMO, pension, GLI, and leave).

Labour law compliance.
