We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Manage performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Drive learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
