For appointment to this grade, an officer must have;
- Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) years of which should have been in the grade of Human Resource Management Assistant II or in a comparable position.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification from a recognised institution;
- Been registered by the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
