About this role
We're looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and drive key HR programs. This role partners with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives, drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives, lead performance management processes (including KPI development, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans), provide guidance on employee relations and labour law compliance, identify learning and development needs, and champion employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture.
