About this role

Our client, in the healthcare sector, is looking for a Human Capital Coordinator.

He/She will be asked to assist and collaborate with the Operations team and the pharmacies as per below:

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR data accuracy.
Assist with performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
Support employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives across pharmacies.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
Assist in disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and pharmacy industry standards.
Coordinate internal HR communications and change management initiatives.

Profile
· Degree HR
· At least 2 years of experience, experience and/or preference of retail sector
· Driving license is compulsory
· A well-rounded and people-oriented individual who works effectively both as part of a team and independently.
· Demonstrates initiative, adaptability and a strong sense of responsibility, with a naturally empathetic and kind approach.
· A good listener with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with others.
