Job title: Human Capital Business Partner
About the Role The Human Capital Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to local management on all HR matters, from day-to-day operations to long-term people strategy. You will drive HR operational excellence, oversee local HR administration with centralized HR Operations, and align tools, processes and policies with the broader HR agenda.
What You'll Do
- Act as a business partner and advisor to local management on HR related matters from operational to more strategic matters.
- Manage and coordinate the local HR administration requirements with our centralized HR Operations team.
- Design and implement supporting HR tools, processes, and infrastructure; set up and improve HR-related services and policies; analyze trends and metrics.
- Drive and optimize attraction, development and retention of managed services talent in partnership with local management and our centralized Talent Acquisitions and Learning & Development team.
- Ensure consistent onboarding and training programs across the business.
- Support the annual performance management cycle and help people excel and grow.
What We're Looking For
- Experience partnering with local management on HR matters and a track record as an HR business partner or similar.
- Strong background in HR operations, administration, and policy design.
- Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
- Expertise in employee engagement and coaching; able to drive change.
- Proficiency in performance management processes and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
