About the Role HubSpot User Group (HUG) Leader is a volunteer role within HubSpot's community program. As a HUG Leader, you'll help bring HubSpot users together, share knowledge, and foster a supportive network. The role centers on empowering others to grow their HubSpot skills and connect with peers and experts.
What You'll Do
- Start or lead a HubSpot User Group (HUG) by applying to start a new group
- Plan and host regular meetings (in-person or virtual) focused on HubSpot use cases, marketing, sales, and services
- Facilitate discussions, share best practices, and help members troubleshoot challenges
- Engage with the community year-round via HubSpot Community, threads, AMAs, and announcements
- Collaborate with HubSpot Solutions Partners and experienced customers to provide education and value
- Promote inclusivity, encourage participation, and grow the group across locations, regions, industries, or product areas

- Strong communication, leadership, and event-facilitation skills
- Ability to organize and sustain volunteer-run groups with ongoing engagement
Nice to Have
