About the Role SmartAcre is seeking a HubSpot Solutions Specialist to partner with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize HubSpot-centric marketing, sales, and service operations. This client-facing role requires translating business requirements into technical execution and ensuring a scalable, high-performing tech stack that supports revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead HubSpot implementations, onboarding, migrations, and optimization projects.
- Configure HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub) and stay current on platform updates.
- Build workflows, automations, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and lead routing.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and revenue analytics.
- Collaborate with internal dev team and client engineers to ensure seamless integration of existing systems with HubSpot and other platforms.
- Support components of integrations, migrations, and implementations for client systems.
- Develop client-facing documentation and train clients/teams on new configurations and workflows.
- Support discovery & scoping workshops; propose strategic plans to optimize HubSpot usage and associated tech stack integrations.
- Help clients optimize their tech architecture for scalability, data quality, performance, and future growth.
- Present solution design, technical decisions, and value-driven insights to clients in clear, compelling ways.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recent and relevant experience working with HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations Hubs).
- Comprehensive understanding of RevOps and B2B principles.
- Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting within MarTech platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Ability to break down complex MarTech concepts so clearly that both CMOs and non-technical stakeholders understand.
- Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment and collaborating across teams.
Nice to Have
- HubSpot Certified (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, etc.).
- Experience with additional platforms and their integrations.
- Experience running and maintaining additional CRMs (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 70,000 - 100,000 per year.
