The role focuses on contributing to the development, integration, and adoption of these product areas to help customers generate leads, automate marketing, close deals, manage content, and leverage AI-powered data insights.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product teams to support the customer platform across multiple hubs and AI-powered capabilities.
- Help customers adopt tools for marketing, sales, service, content creation, data management, and revenue operations.
- Contribute to demos and to expanding features such as premium offerings, AI-powered analytics, custom reporting, and automation.
- Engage with Breeze AI agents, studio, marketplace integrations, and other embedded features across the HubSpot platform.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in or experience with AI-powered marketing, CRM, data quality, and analytics within a software platform.
- Familiarity with lead generation, SEO, omnichannel marketing automation, prospecting automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work across cross-functional product areas and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
