About the Role SEYSES is seeking an HSE Supervisor to support renewable energy construction projects in Dallas, Texas. This site-based role focuses on ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and project safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture across all activities.
What You'll Do
- On-site supervision of health, safety, and environmental compliance during construction activities.
- Monitoring subcontractor compliance with HSE procedures and safety requirements.
- Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations.
- Supporting the implementation of HSE plans, procedures, and company standards.
- Identification, reporting, and follow-up of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Participation in HSE coordination meetings and toolbox talks.
- Verification of compliance with local regulations, OSHA standards, and project safety requirements.
- Support during audits, inspections, and project safety reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Technical background in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Proven experience in HSE supervision within construction or energy projects.
- Experience in Photovoltaic Plants, Substations, and/or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of U.S. HSE regulations and OSHA standards.
- Site execution experience required.
- Professional English required; Spanish valued.
- Valid U.S. work authorization.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills favored.
- Prior experience with large-scale photovoltaic or energy infrastructure projects is a plus.
