About the Role The resource within the HSE department at the Bergantino plant (RO) will be responsible for managing on-site waste handling activities, carrying out periodic compliance inspections, organizing environmental sampling, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. The role also includes assisting with contractor risk assessments (DUVRI) and DVR documentation. What You'll Do
- Manage on-site waste handling activities and carry out periodic compliance inspections.
- Organize and maintain environmental sampling activities (water, air emissions, noise, waste) and monitor workplace environmental conditions.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
- Support the plant in the preparation and management of DUVRI (Interference Risk Assessment Documents for contractors and external companies) and DVR. What We're Looking For
- Some years of experience in HSE activities within structured and manufacturing companies.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Teamwork, organization, and punctuality. Compensation & Benefits
- Gross annual salary range: €30,000 – €40,000.
