Job Summary

• The HSE Manager is responsible forestablishing, implementing, and maintainingntel’sHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE) framework across all company operations and sites.
• This is a new role within the organisation, and the successful candidate will be expected to build the function from the ground up — developing policy, embedding a safety-first culture, and ensuring full compliance with applicable Nigerian regulatory requirements.
• The HSE Manager will serve as the organisation’s primary point of accountability for all matters relating to occupational health, employee safety, environmental compliance, and incident management, and will work closely with Operations, Facilities, and senior leadership to integrate HSE principles into day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

HSE Framework & Policy:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system aligned to Nigerian regulatory requirements and international best practice.
• Draft, review, and update HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are communicated, understood, and applied across
